1. 使用endnote搜尋時，title打上cerebrovascular disorder
結果搜尋出來有一篇文章title中根本與cerebrovascular disorder無關...怎麼回事

3. 與第一題情況類似，key word contain cogniti?，會查到與cogniti?無關的文獻，查看後發現此篇keyword中含有"cogntitve disorder"，可能是因為那篇(標藍色)疾病是會影響認知的疾病吧，看仔細看跟所想要找的也不同。
